Martin Gregus Jr, is the youngest member of the Gregus Creactive Group. Currently, living in Vancouver, Canada Martin was born into a family of artists in Bratislava, Slovakia.
He can see things and stories far beyond the reality of everyday life; a gift which is reflected in his wildlife photographs which are full of detail and natural dynamics. The creative transformation of nature and the environment into graphic and color symbols are some of the elements that give his work endless visual power. Aside from spending hours crawling in mud; custom made photography equipment, hides and remote cameras often help Martin get the perfect shot.
Martin's work has been recognized in some of the world's most prestigious contests. In 2008 and 2010 Martin was awarded at the Natural History Museum Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition in London UK. Since 2010 Martin's photographs have been shortlisted and even awarded in many other world renown photography competitions.
Today Martin is a a full member of the ICG 699 where he works as a DOP and drone pilot; with over five years experience operating drones in some truly remote and spectacular places. Over the years Martin has joined his father in the creation of a variety of projects and companies and together they create a team that is unmatched in the field.
